KMA does not respond. Unable to login via ILOM. Need to reset to root password.

I have a KMA 2100 running OKM 2.5.2 build 1356 in a cluster that is not responding. Tape operations are not impacted as my other KMA is up an running fine. In the OKM GUI it shows as not responding on the service network and the event list shows the condition as a SOAP error with error code 28. I'm unable to directly login to it via the ILOM as the root password has been misplaced. My plan is to follow "How to reset ELOM/ILOM password on KMA systems (Doc ID 1379317.1)" as it was call out when I started to open a SR. Once I reboot and reset the root password the KMA will reboot again and the KMA should come fully up. I believe it should then sync up with its partners and update any keys as required. I should then be able to login via the ILOM and set a new root password. Does this make sense? I'm new to this so any guidance would is appreciated. It looks like once this KMA is back I need to reboot the other KMA to reset its root password. Failover

Howdy, Stranger!
