Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Work Order without Ordered Quantity but issued

We have an issue where the order quantity is blank and we have a issued quantity negative.

Can we issue a material if the ordered quantity is blank?

Has the issued quantity become negative due to not having any ordered quantity?

How can we prevent issue of material if order quantity is zero?
