Allow resource offloading on workorders

Hello,

Can some one please let me know how this option "Allow resource offloading on workorders" works.

If it is set to yes will it offload firmed workorders also onto alternate resources? or it will just impact planned orders and unfirmed workorders?

If it is set to No what all orders will be offloaded to alternate resources?

I want to setup this option such a way so that it will not offload firmed workorders to alternate resources.

PS version 8.12.1 and build C751.
