Application for approving the held write-offs which is already approved?

Hi Team,

One of our user is facing an issue, that the select button is greyed out on screen for approving the held write-offs that she already processed for approval.The select button is greyed out on screen for approving the held write-offs that she already processed for approval. Its greyed out on the screen for approving held finance charges as well . Since the user has not specified the application name, i would like to first get the Standard application in JDE for doing write off's . Also this looks like an access/privilege issue with her role, any help for trouble shooting
