Specific Customer Multiple Sales Orders Volume Based Modifier(R12.2.5) -Cross Order Volume

Hi All,

We have a requirement that applying discounts based on a volume quantity / volume amount purchased by a customer over a period of time.

Example:
Period start date: 01.01.2016
Period end date: 31.12.2016
Once the total volume quantity (Cross order volume) purchased by a customer crossed 1000 nos, 5% discount should be applied on the next purchase onwards till 31.12.2016.
Cross order volume total quantity should be calculated form 01.01.2016 to current date. Once this volume crosses 1000 nos, the 5% discount modifier should be applied.
Can anyone advise on this requirement?
