Redo log size for online and batch processing

Hi There!

As a SysAdmin, I'm talking to the DBA about redo log size.

During the day, it does not rotate (the size is 45GB). But overnight, at the peak of batch processing, it rotates at an interval of 2 seconds.

My question: is it possible to program Oracle Database to change dinamicaly the redo log size to keep it at 4 GB during the day, and switch it to 60 GB during batch processing?

We have SPARC Solaris 11.3, Oracle 11.2 / ASM, storage VMAX/EMC, switches SAN/Brocade.
