Changing the fields LOT1, LOT2, LOT3

Hi

We are in E9.2 and planning to use Lot Memo fields (LOT1, LOT2, LOT3) to capture test results of the raw material item during PO receipt. The existing DD item for these 3 fields are setup to display zero decimal. However we need to capture decimal values in these fields.

FYI, we need these test results along with lot #, in lot master (P4108), for lot allocation to work order /inventory movement purpose.

Not sure if we change the decimal display value, will affect any downstream applications or manufacturing application or any related values. Appreciate your inputs or thoughts.
