Recovery Question

Server got crashed, we could not able to recover the server . New server build with same os now we need to restore database from Rman backup tape.  Need to restore spfile and controlfile and database from old backups. we don't know dbid and backup pieces details. How to restore from scratch?

DB Version 11.2.0.4
