Issue with Server Manager Agent in AS400

Hi All,

I cant able to start the SM agent and logs were also not creating for the agent. Below is the reply we get when we try to start the agent.

"The management agent is already running under process id"

We are in 9.2.0.1 and AS400 7.1 version.

kindly advice on this.
