Transaction Type EAM Permit Release Approval doesn't show!!!

Hi,

I'm trying to setup AME for work orders.When I go to Approvals Management Administrator  responsability and search for transaction type  Work Order Release Approval,it doesn't show.

How should I setup this transaction type?
