Web Server Setting For One View Reporting

Hi,

I am a functional user asking a technical question, so I apologize in advance if this isn't the correct wording.  I am curious what other companies who use One View Reporting  and have the HCM modules have their server setting at for a records return when running a One View Report.

Payroll History can have several thousand records (like the GL in the Finance module) and at this current client they have a web server setting of 10,000 records, but this isn't nearly enough to even get accurate summarized data on one view reports without exceeding the records limitation even when the report has been designed to return all records.
