Rows Rejected as BLANK even if Amount exists

Hi experts,
I'm trying to create some locations between two EPM application (Planning and HFM)
many works, but the last one, gives me this error:
[BLANK] "Booked","V_CAPEX","FY15","CAPEX_CURR","REEL","LOC","AT11","CAPEX_TOTAL_CAPEX","YTD",98.98
[BLANK] "Booked","V_CAPEX","FY15","CAPEX_CURR","REEL","LOC","AU11","CAPEX_TOTAL_CAPEX","YTD",6.786
Rows Loaded: 0
Rows Rejected: 2
You can see, there is amount as a numeric value (checked trough smartview), but FDMEE reject them as a BLANK.
I get this error in the log file level 5:
