DBMS_SQLPA.EXECUTE_ANALYSIS_TASK taking long time

Hello expert,

                     First time I am trying to do some POC for SPA and I am stuck on the step where we execute DBMS_SQLPA.EXECUTE_ANALYSIS_TASK because it has been running for 10 mins.I cancelled it because I don't know whether it is really doing anything or it might impact other transaction.I am running this on solaris 10 server with 11.2.0.4 and below is the inventory details.Can anybody tell me how do I check whether it is normal to run tunning task for long time? I am following SQL Performance
