11GR2: EM performance

Hi,

We have 11GR2 database installed.   Also, we have  EM 12c cloud control installed.     I am looking at one of the database AWR report and found the following jobs are consuming lot of resource.

My question is as follows

1)  is the above jobs  comming from  EM cloud control 12c    or from  db control

2) If db control is enabled , how to disable is without affecting EM cloud control.

I want to avoid unnecessary db overheads

Here is the output of dba_jobs.

SQL> select what from dba_jobs;

WHAT
