Unable to load data in to ARM

Hi All,

We are using Hyperion ARM 11.1.2.3.501, we are trying to load data in to ARM from PeopleSoft via FDMEE. In FDMEE data load work bench we can see the balances and when we run the data load in ARM Staging, data load and post process reflecting fine with tick mark but with unmapped accounts warning, but when we check the reconciliation the balances are not reflecting. Can you advise why we can't see the balances after successful load from FDMEE?
