How to migrate the clusterhome/DB home from local disk to SAN - Rac environment

Hi All,

We have 2 node rac . We have installed Grid/DB home on local disk on the server . Datafiles and redo are on the SAN storage. Now we want to migrate the  installation path /oracle/app ( grid/DB home) to SAN(Local to the server). How  to acheive this task with minimum risk and downtime. . Highly appreciate your thoughts .
