R12 GL revaluation

Dear experts, I have a situation with R12 Revaluation process, my balance in foreign currency is Zero but I have a balance of 567.61 in functional, by any reason revaluation generates and entry by 1,788.13 in functional. This is not clear for me what the formula is on this case, any help is welcome and appreciated.
