Concurrent Request populating in Microsoft 2016

Our company switched to Microsoft 2016 back in May 2016 of which the concurrent request from Oracle seem compatible.  Recently it seems as though the reports are calling for 2010.  What should we do to change the call to 2016?  We've seen this in Purchasing and AP concurrent request.
