FMCC Cash Forecast Data F09521 / F09522

We have AP/AR/GL.

I am populating tables for FMCC and the data process flow shows the need to run R00522 followed by R80D203.

When I run R00522 I get 4 rows in F09522 with CSHTYP of

R00522hdr

R03B522hdr

R04522hdr

R09522hdr

and SRCSYS of

00 

03B

04 

09.

The other table columns are all zeros so I'm wondering why as I would expect that we do have cash accounts, etc.

There are no active cash type rules for AR, AP, and GL in the F09521 table so maybe that's why.

Where do these cash type rules get created?
