How does Requisition Self Service Table F43E09 Approvals Activity Table get populated?

This week in E1 Release 9.2 we used R43E10 to enter several requisitions that required at least one approval.

The approvers on the designated distribution lists then approved most of the requisitions.

Then we expedited most of the approved requisitions and generated purchase orders.

We used Databrowser to inquire on approval activity, and found that the Approvals Activity Table F43E09 has no records.

Does this table require activation before it will store RSS approval activity?
