Requisition Notification errors with ORA-01403 and ORA-20102 due to Application ID / Responsibility

Hi experts,

We are running EBS R12.1.3 RPC4 and are facing issues with Requisition approval Notifications.

Some of them error in ORA-01403 and ORA-20102 in the activity 'Update Approval List for Approve using AME ' (Internal Name - AME_PROCESS_APPROVER_APPRV).

When we look into the work-flow attributes we have noticed that requester Application ID / Responsibility ID differs from Responder Application ID / Responder Responsibility ID.

When we update the latter into the same ID's as requester and hit Retry button the work-flow completes successfully.

The requester enters the requisition in an iProcurement responsibility and the responder for example has the context set to 'Manager Self-service' when going through the worklist. The latter is HR Application and responsibility.
