User-defined budgets are not considered during revenue generation

Hi,

We defined budget types "ABC Approved Cost Budget" and "ABC Approved Revenue Budget" and when we enter budgets with those budget types and baselined those budgets and tried to generate draft revenue for that project, system is showing an exception as "The project does not have a baselined revenue."

Why did system not consider our user-defined budgets? What should we do to make system recognize our user-defined budgets at the time of revenue generation?

Please advise.
