RTE server Instance Uptime and parameters under Transaction Server Not Showing in Server Manager

RTE server Instance Uptime and parameters under Transaction Server Admin like Subscriber,failed events ,event matrix NOT showing in server manager.

RTE is able to processes the triggered events from jde and working fine.

RTE is on Weblogic 12C

JDE 9.2.0.3

Linux Red hat 7.2

But JAS,BSSV,E1 servers all these which are on same server manager showing Instance uptime , no issue with them. Only RTE Not showing Instance Uptime and parameters under Transaction Server Admin like Subscriber,failed events ,event matrix .

Checked e1root logs and rte logs . not found anything to fix the issue.

please help is this know issue?
