WO closed but part list is not attached

WO has been issued and closed (quantity issued) but now trying to inquiry the wo part list. It is not visible.

Can someone suggest me the possible reason ?

Note - I have observed that item parts availability is showing as negative.

I tried option one option to Run attach partlist and routing with the WO as data selection. It is attaching the part list but moving the order status to 15. If i will manually move the status to 96 then not sure consequences of it.
