Program - FSG Transfer - How to create DB Links?

Hello Experts,

I want to Migrate FSG reports from one(UAT) instance to another(PROD) Instance.

While running "Program - FSG Transfer" program, I need t provide Database Links.

Those are Source DB Chart of Accounts, Target DB Chart of Accounts and Source Database.

How can I guide my Data Base Admin to Prepare those links?
