Can't change APPS EBS password

Hi,

Please help from the users oracle EBS, before I would make changes to the user password APPS is by using a script

FNDCPASS apps/<current_password> 0 Y system/<password_system> SYSTEM APPLSYS <new_password>

when the script is run display a notification message "killed". whether to locate the error / errors in the script can use the method / Additional checks?
