JD Edwards 9.2 Installation Prerequisite

HI All

We are in process of Deploying JD Edwards 9.2 on Oracle Cloud IAAS. In order to install and configure Deployment Server we need to install a 32 bit Oracle Database client for 12 c E1 Local database.

Please suggest from where we can download  the 32 bit client for Oracle Database.
