Page Error

All about Oracle EBS Web Page Interface was shown "Page Error". This situation occured frequently 2-3 months a time and then my admin did solved by just restart server only.

It seem not a good solution to solved this problem anybody can advise a better way to solve or fixed this problem when it occur.
