Is there a JDE report by tax rate area that also includes the GL posting account number?

Could anyone help me find a standard JDE report that shows VAT by tax rate area and the GL number the tax was posted to?  I am currently on 9.0 and use the R0018P tax reports but need to see the GL number the tax was posted to.  Any ideas?
