Unable to connect exadata iloms using putty from desktop (customer network)

From desktop (customer network) unable to connect exadata ilom using putty (ssh). But from the exadata cisco swith iloms are accessible using putty(ssh).

Tracert from desktop works

telnet on port 22 work from the desktop.

traceroute works:

C:\Windows\System32>tracert 10.10.77.55

Tracing route to dm01dbadm01-ilom.bog.gov.sa [10.10.77.55]

over a maximum of 30 hops:

  1    <1 ms    <1 ms    <1 ms  10.10.58.2

  2     *        *        *     Request timed out.

  3     1 ms    <1 ms    <1 ms  dm01dbadm01-ilom.bog.gov.sa [10.10.77.55]

telnet on port 22 works:

C:\Windows\System32>telnet 10.10.77.55 22

-> show /SP/network

/SP/network
