iProcurement preferences are not being saved for a user
Our client is using R12.1.3, and one of their users is not able to save their iProcurement preferences. They have navigated to the preferences page, they set their preferences and click on Apply; they see the message "your preferences will be set when you log back in"; they log out and log back in and no preferences are set. They are also seeing a message when navigating to the main internal store, which says they must have their preferences set in order to place orders for items. The user can create requisitions and check them out, but it is confusing
