contact center form active customer details are not appearing in depot repair

Hi,

We have one customer 92822. there is a relation ship defined in contact center form between customer 92822 and 9982. When we tried to create service request form depot repair from by selecting customer account 92822, 9982 bill to and ship to addresses are not appearing under account 92822.
