Job Move Operation Notification

Hello,

We have routings with 2 operations, and these operations are performed by different departments (these departments don't interact in the operation line).

Is it possible to have a standard notification/warning when the 1st operation is in the Step "To Move"?

The goal is for the 2nd operation Users have some sort of notification that there jobs awaiting their work. Right now they're receiving this notification via emails which takes a lot of time from the 1st operation Users.
