What we have is an asset with a PM using meter rules, the asset in question isn’t currently in use so the reads going in aren’t incremental in and are the same as the last read that was taken while in service

What we have found is we have had over 12 readings with no
increments and the past readings is set at 6 put the schedule is forecasting
using the 16hr avg rate. This is showing the the average rate isn’t being
averaged when the readings are not incremental.

Would want to understand the behavior as per oracle standard functionality in this scenario?
