R47121 generate IT into F4111，but the line no is wrong

We are facing a edi problem. when we run r47121 to generte Inventory Transer from F47122, the "From" line and "To" line cannot connect to each other .(the line no are like 1.000 am 2.000,but in P4113 the line no should be like 1.000 and 1.500.) SO when we open P4113 we cannot see detail but only a header. the F47122 is in attachment, could anyone help me to find where the problem is ? Thank you !~
