Pending transactions not listed in AMIF1000 Run control page

Hi Techies,

Transactions from AP (System Source PAP) are in Pending status (Load Status = 'NEW;) in both INTFC_PHY_A and INTFC_FIN records. However when we search the transactions using the same interface ids online, we do not see the transactions listed in the AMIF1000 run control page (Send/Receive information > Load transactions > Load transactions into AM).

Under what ciircumstance, does this happen. We are unable to load these transactions into AM. Any help / thought on this is highly appreciated.
