List of Values Contains No Entries for particular users in R12.

Hi All,

I have custom bank statement loader program in Cash Management. For few users, program parameter i.e. "Bank Branch Name" lov has no list of values. But when I logged in with my user credtails the program is giving list of values. Appreciate your answers.
