How to make Depot Repair WIP Job item shows as consumed NOT "MRP net"

When we create a non standard WIP job via Depot repair, the item itself (as a component) is marking the supply of itself as "MRP Net" check boxed. No other components are doing this.

How do we default this to not check boxed? PROFILE:   WIP: Enable MRP Net for Non-standard Job Requirements is set to NO.
