accounting event class options error

I am setting up a new application in FAH.  When I setup the Accounting Event Class Options I get the following error.  I have granted rites to the xla schema.  I have tried to use an object I know is in the xla (xla.xla_ae_headers) just to see if I still get the error and I do still get the error.  Can anyone give me guidance how to create object view so that it is available to the oracle application schema?
