IP16 Upgrade queries

Hello Community team,

We are planning to upgrade from Siebel v8.1.1.9 to IP16.

At present Siebel 8.1.1.9 is installed on Windows 2008R2 server, Oracle 11g DB and Oracle 11g client.

But we need to upgrade the OS as IP16 is supported with Windows 2012.

So we have finalized below approach, can you please confirm if it's fine?

On Windows 2012 R2 server box -

1. install Oracle 12 c DB client

2. DB server we are not upgrading as IP16 is supported with Oracle 11g DB

3. Install Siebel 8.1.1.9 - Enterprise, Gateway, SWSE, install new DB, siebel server

4. Configure 8.1.1.9 - Enterprise, Gateway, SWSE, siebel server

5. Import latest Repository(customozation done in 8119) and run ddlsync
