Oracle Projects: Unable to assign assets for batches interfaced with negative amounts.

HI Team,

Unable to split costs for batches interfaced with negative amounts. The system does a check to make sure the amount being split agrees with the total amount of the batch. However, there are instances where a negative amount is part of the batch. I'm receive an error message that says "You have entered an invalid split amount".
