ADF ERROR - BPM 11.1.1.7 - OTD - JSESSION CONFIG

Hi guys, I got errors in a bpm process version 11.1.1.7 (human task adf 11.1.1.7) , The error is:

<ADFC-50017> <ADFc: While attempting to handle this exception the application's exception handler failed.
