Can I push a vertex update mid pay period?

Hi there,

To be on the more cautious side I push the vertex update to production once a payroll has been finalized so no records are in the temporary tables.  With the timing of the vertex update this year I have no option to do this as my team has a 2017 monthly payroll to process before the 2016 biweekly payroll is finalized.  There are some interims in production now that have tax implications.   Is it permissible to push this update in production with data in the temporary tables (F07350 to 353, F06116, F0709)?
