Order management inbound integration

Hi,

We have Siebel power communications and using asset based order management for the call center employee application. We have a company website that is on the web. External customers looking for Voice, Internet and TV products can order products on the web and then our support staff enters them manually on the Siebel application. We would like to automate inserting the web orders into Siebel. Can you please let me know if this can be done using the out of box order management web services and if anyone did it successfully? If possible please provide an outline of how this
