Username was masked/encrypted in access Log on EBS 12.1.3, possibly after CPU patch

Hi Experts,

Could you please give some advice on this?

After the customer applied the following patches on EBS 12.1.3, they are no longer able to view username in access Log.

Is it Expected Behavior?

If YES, which patch did this change?

And is it possible to revert this behaviour for auditing / tracking purposes?
