Parent Asset Number in PM

Hi,

I would like to create PM for parent Asset Number because I want automatically generate follow up WO with child Asset Number - it would so work, it wouldn't?

Unfortunately I cannot insert the (parent) Asset Number in PM definition, because it does not want to find it although if I look for it in Assets, I find it.

Any solution?
