New Org Hierarchy - impact on Oracle projects

Hello,

What impact will an addition of a new HR Org hierarchy have on Oracle Projects - Will it affect the personnel, new orgs, expenditure org, burden, auto accounting ?. The existing org still continues as a the primary org.

When a new employee is hired - how does the record get updated in the current org which flows to projects and the new org hierarchy?
