Recs opening due to premapped transaction import- mass rec submission needed

Hi,

We are currently implementing ARM 11.2.4. We want to import transactions using premapped transaction file, but the closed recs are opening up due to the import.

Is there a way to :

1) Keep the recs closed after import of premapped transactions as we want to perform the reconciliation at summary level

2) if recs are opening up, can we mass submit all recs with these transactions instead of user having to open every rec up and submitting it as we want to perform the reconciliation at summary level

3) Import premapped transactions at summary level instead of at the individual rec level?
