Page Cannot be Displayed" error on EnterpriseOne Login Page - New HTML instance on OAS linux

On the same server we have two other HTML instances with different ports (8093 and 8095) and they are working ok. The new instance port is 8097 and does not work.

I followed the Server Manager installation to create the new instance and it was successful.

I found  Doc ID 1483623.1   with some suggestions, however there are no users on it, so load and performance are not the issue.

It suggests also "Lack of free ports for AJP communication" however I used netstat -tunlep | grep LISTEN | awk '{print $4}' to check the ports that are listen and 9083, 9085, and 9087 are listed.
