Sum using calculated field is not working in Siebel 8.1.1.10

Hi,

We have a weird issue. We created a calculated field to show the Sum of the child BC field in parent BC form applet. Now the issue is it's working perfectly for few records and not working for few records. We are using 8.1.1.10 Can anyboby tell what could be the reason. I have read the below article from Oracle support web that Total is not working in 8.1.1.10 and working from 8.1.1.11. is this Sum issue also same related to this article.
